The registration process is managed by the Congress Agency First Class S.r.L..
To register fill in the form below (the link opens in a new window) and proceed with payment choosing either credit card (with paypal system) or bank transfer.
Please notice that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay from the PayPal website. Indeed, it is possible to pay directly with the Credit Card (following the instruction on the left side of the PayPal website).-
For Authors of Papers:
Please, remember that, to have your paper included in the IEEE proceedings, at least one author for each accepted paper must register for the conference by October 7,2008

Payments
When submitting the registration form you can choose two payment methods: bank transfer and PayPal. The registration is considered confirmed when the agency receives the payment. This can take up to 7 days for the bank transfer. It is immediate for the PayPal transaction.
Please read and follow the instructions on the registration form regarding the proof of eligibility for reduced registration (IEEE member or student). In case of misuse (e.g. people selecting student registration without providing proof of enrollment, or IEEE member without providing the valid IEEE number) the difference will be charged at the registration desk.
VISA Application
For participants that need an invitation letter for VISA application, please register to the conference and proceed with payment. Then send an email to ICDM08 Organizers with your full name, residence, a fax number and a receipt of payment – an extract from the notification email when paying with paypal or a scanned copy of your bank remittance for money transfer. Please indicate if you prefer to receive the letter by email, fax or snail mail.
After receiving the conference registration and fee payment, the
formal letter will be sent.
